Our number one priority is the well-being and safety of our guests & staff. To ensure this we have rigorous procedures & routines in place regarding enhanced cleaning, physical distancing and our food and beverage offerings.

As we ease ourselves into re-opening, we wanted to reassure our guests of some of things we are doing to make your visit, or stay, a happy and safe one with us.


New processes for cleaning and hygiene

Staff are being trained in enhanced cleaning routines, both within personal hygiene and new cleaning routines. We are also following COVID-19 guidelines provided by the local health authority.


Enhanced cleaning

High-touch areas, such as toilets, door handles, stair rails, chairs and tables, are disinfected and cleaned with a higher frequency

Hand alcohol stations are on every table, in every room and in toilets, as well as at Reception. Disposable gloves and masks are available on request

All tables, menus and chairs in our restaurant areas are cleaned at a much higher frequency, and after each seating




Loose items such as pens, note pads and information material are removed from rooms. Tourist information can be accessed via online resources and links provided

We are encouraging telephone ordering and payment to reduce contact with payment terminals and cash handling – an app to order at your table is under development


Physical distancing

We have limited the numbers of seats in our restaurants and outside seating areas

You will find distancing floor markers at reception and in our restaurant areas, as well as wall signs reminding our guests and team members to keep a distance

Revised food & beverage offerings

A revised range of food and beverages is in place to enable a manageable and safe delivery from kitchen to table with hygiene and handling measures in place

You will be encouraged to order from your table, or in advance of your arrival, by phone or app (when available).

Staff will deliver to your table.




We are all on a learning curve with operating in these new times, and any thoughts or ideas you may have we would be delighted to hear, please share with us at the time of your visit, anything you think we could implement that may make us, and you safer. Covid19 precautions are likely to be with us for the foreseeable and we actively encourage you to share your thoughts, worries and ideas.
